<p>Sorry for my ignorant question but I’m an incoming freshman in a CSU so it’ll be my first time and I have to do the learning and researching for myself.</p>
<p>First, I wanna go apply for exchange program to this school (CSU Chico) but I am not sure if I am allow to join since I’m just an incoming freshman.
BUT, if I am allowed to join exchange program, would the financial aid I got like cal grants and pell grant can be used to finance the program (plane tickets, boarding, stuffs) or I have to take out my own money for it? It’s only right for the fin aids to cover this exchange program if I’m going to other country for a year for a winter session, right? Since they’re also covering my tuition and housing during that time. Am I right? </p>
<p>By the way, I got the cal grant B and a poll grant.</p>
