How to Bring Up Your Average

I’m a freshman currently in the course math a/b honors, first half of year is math a, second is math b. my first two quarters were good, although i missed 2 months of the course, 3rd quarter my average is bad, i made somne stupid mistakes on tests.

How would you advise me to handle this and get back to normal, i have to bring my average back up in the 4th quarter.

Uh well it depends on how low your average is. Just calculate how high your average will have to be for the last quarter in order to bring up the previous 3 to a desirable grade.

If it’s unfeasible… can you audit? I know that sucks… But even if you get a b or c in the class you can still have a very respectable GPA by the end of high school.

i don’t think it’s unfeasible,my average will be about 75-83 ish for this quarter, but my last two were in the mid-high 90s, if i do well next quarter i think i can bring it up, with my other classes i’ll get a 3.9-4.0 GPA.

Oh you can definitely bring that up. Just work hard, maybe find a tutor if you need it. Good luck!
