Hi everyone,
I applied to UF for the Autumn semester.
I’m an Italian student with a 29 Act, many EC and good grades. I spent a year in the USA as an exchange student and got 4.0 gpa and took AP classes.
An evaluation agency said that my Italian high school gpa is a 3.3, even if my grades are all B+ and A. They also don’t take into account the difficulty of my high school back in Italy. So my gpa is basically unweighted.
What do you think my chances of getting in are? And how do you think UF is going to look at my gpa?
Thank you.
I recommend you call the school directly and ask someone in the Admissions office. Please remember UF only considers core academic courses when they calculate your GPA. Good luck
