<p>Just throwing this out there. (Nothing racist intended)</p>

<p>Out of the 4,000 or so inmates on death row in the United States, what if we sent them to Iraq and Afghanistan as suicide bombers. (Assuming they choose to die that way. Which, for some reason I think they would.)</p>

<p>Imagine how confused everyone would be.</p>
