<p>I figured CCers would have some experiences with overly competitive classmates. </p>
<p>I’d be fine with it if it didn’t involve me, but lately people have begun to mysteriously steel other classmates’ homework. Really now?</p>
<p>I mean of course we’ll be competitive with each other, but this is getting a little extreme. </p>
<p>Do you have similar experiences? How would you suggest dealing with this situation?</p>
<p>Keep everything in your backpack/locker and booby trap them to cut off an intruder’s hand. That’ll teach 'em.</p>

<p>As extreme as it sounds, it sound just as equally a failure on the victim’s behalf for not guarding his or her stuff. And I don’t think the person should be considered a “friend” if they did that. Unless my definition of a friend is totally warped.</p>
<p>^It’s never the victim’s fault for the perpetrator’s crime…Would you tell a woman it’s her fault for being raped because she wasn’t strong enough to defend herself?
Point is, you shouldn’t even have to “guard” your homework since people shouldn’t be stealing it.</p>
