How to fill out the "Current Year Courses"

I understand that I have to fill this part out with courses I will take in my Senior Year. But I don’t know exactly what to put in it.
I’m studying in a French International School. We don’t have have AP/IB courses (I think) but in 12th grade we have this thing called “Spe”. I’m in S so I can choose between Physics-Chemistry, Math and SVT(Earth and Life sciences). I chose Spe Physics-Chemistry. Is that considered an AP or Honors?
And the Course credit value, what does this mean? Is it the “coefficient”? (the weight of the grade in the French Baccalaureate). For example, I took Spe Physics-Chemistry, the “coefficient” of this subject will be 8 (if I get 16/20 in this subject in the Bac, I’ll have 16x8=128). Each classes have different “coefficient”.
Any french student willing to help? Thanks very much!

They will be able to help you with this.

All your classes should be noted (IB) by you but your counselor should explain it’s an approximation since the IB program is similar to the French bac, but with an international focus instead of a French focus; course content is very similar except for the philosophy class You do not write the number of credits but the numbers of hours per week and the coef.
