how to get dual enrollment transcript from ohlone

hi
my son completed dual enrollment with ohlone college thru irvington high school fremont,CA on french3.
as he is on H4, he did not mention SSN, instead registered with ITIN
he completed the course, he got in IHS trascript, but did not receive transcript from Ohlone.
His college where he got admission to undergrad, UCSC is asking to get transcript from ohlone. when ordered online, it got rejected that student record did not match.
Bcos of covid, no one in ohlone is picking up phone.
can you pls suggest us on solution or experiences in this regard that may help us.

thanks

Did you try both listed methods (WebAdvisor and TranscriptsPlus)?

Did you try with both the student ID number and ITIN?

Ohlone’s web site says “ Ohlone College campuses are reopened for normal operations under COVID-19 restrictions.“, so there should be people there.

I’d continue to try calling various numbers and try email.

Did you try their suggestion under “Having trouble placing your order online”:

“ You can get help by calling TranscriptsPlus at (847) 716-3005. Assistance is available Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 7:00pm CST (Central Standard Time) and on Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm CST.”

looks like there are people there in person some days of the week. AR should be able to help you out.

Thanks every one for your kind comments

we realized that there was missing document from IHS to ohlone and now, its told by counterpart at IHS.

now, we are bit worried if there is impact because of this
ucsc asked us to get a letter from ohlone that transcript is not available and then they will make a decision

we requested IHS counsellor to send email to UCSC stating that the required course was completed, but since documentation is missing, transcript is unavailable from ohlone. email was sent as well.

will this be suffice to ucsc to consider and continue accept admission?
since this is french and not related to main subjects of curriculum, any chances of being levied?

ucsc website also updated fee and due date on portal, is this indication that missing transcript not an issue for admission?

thanks
