<p>I joined the academic team at my school. However, its not that great of a team. At practices we do answer some questions, but 2 of my teammates can never act serious. Half the time they’re just playing around and we never get anything done. Plus, when we do questions, we never actually get a consensus on what the right answer is and one person just blurts out an answer (half the time its right, half the time its wrong). Any actual teamwork is nonexistent. So does anybody who has had experience tell me how your academic team trained.</p>
