procrastination is such a bad and depressing habit that the holy catholic church suggests it is a sin, and the scientific community describes it as an illness. Either way, it is obvious that, it is a good thing to stop doing.
It is hard to say no the first time, but gets easer as time goes
So say no to the p word

<p>It took me around an hour to realize the irony of my actions.</p>
<p>I agree but since you are procrastinating in order to stop it, you are in progress of stopping. In similar ways, we had to invade France in wwII to stop an already existing invasion; it was still an invasion but an invasion to do good (my opinion). So you are seeking answers to the problem and so the irony should be that procrastination so being used against its self.
P.S I know I sound like D.R Phil but it’s the truth</p>
