How to write a club proposal?

<p>I want to start a Political Science club with two friends of mine. I’m writing up the proposal but I’m stuck. The club will basically take the form of a model government, in which we “vote” on legislature and current issues affecting the World/U.S. today. The overall goal is to spread awareness and hopefully have students gain an interest on current events and government. </p>

<p>Ah, so essentially, a Model Congress. Interesting. First, you should specify the structure. Will it be a generic Congressional structure?
Next, focus on the subjects debated. Will you be debating fiscal issues, social issues, foreign policy issues, etc? What limits will you put?
Finally, you should mention who will run this club. Will it be you? Your friends? Consensus vote?</p>
