How will my grades in high school affect me?

Right now, I am a 16 year old girl and junior in high school. I will be graduating in 2018. I am in Illinois. I plan on going to college either in state or out of state. I’m not looking to getting into an ivy league college.

Plus photography club, African Student Association (ASA), senior leadership, and Drama group next year.

What do I need to do specifically to get scholarships? Are my grades really bad because I’ve seen posts about people with grades similar to mines. Getting accepted into decent colleges. Feel free to ask questions.
