How would this fit?

<p>I have had a topic in mind for my college essay for the past four years and I’ve run it by a few teachers and they all say its great - it basically involves me, 7 years old, ruining an Eid celebration (Muslim Holiday) in a rural nomad village in the Western Sahara desert, and how that speaks to my personality - good intentions, etc, etc. </p>

<p>But now with the parameters of the essays, I don’t know how that would fit? Would it be the first essay? The one about a background story?</p>

<p>It sounds like it would fit the first prompt, but what would an essay about your seven-year-old self say about who you are today?</p>

<p>The incident was basically an accident where I thought I was doing something really good but it basically ruined everything and its sort of a metaphor for how I’ve always had good intentions at heart even if a lot of the time they went awry, which also lends itself to resilience and persistence.</p>
