<p>My local district LAUSD is closing down all the adult schools. Last year I failed English 9th grade and I didn’t take the opportunity to go to summer school because I had to go back to China with my parents. Anyways, I’m a soph. now and I want to make up English class. I can’t retake English 9A anymore because its double block and its only for 9th graders. So I went to my counselor and she wasn’t as helpful as I thought. She said that they’re closing down all the adult schools and that the only way to make up a class is if you’re a freshman or senior by going to summer school. I’m planning to go to a UC and I need 4 years of english but I guess thats not going to happen since summer school is only for freshman and seniors. What should I do???</p>
<p>Btw, I get straight A’s this semester.</p>
