I don't get it....

<p>Can someone help me look into these 2 links? I just don’t get it, University of Auckland (NZ)'s BA program is 3 years for domestic students and 4 years for intels…the listed follow-on qualifications are also different, and even the graduation hood colors are different for domestics and intels, these are making me confused, hope someone can enlighten me…</p>
