well i’m an international student so we don’t have school counselors here but the problem is none of the school officials speak english . so i was wondering if i can be my own school counselor and send my school transcipts myself

I assume that your school has at least one English teacher who can translate. Although in terms of your counselor recommendation, they can write it in the language of the land, but you would likely need to have to pay to get it translated.
