I feel like eating . . .

I feel like eating corned beef hash, even though it’s bad for me.

What do you guys feel like eating?

Wilted lettuce salad.
With home grown tomatoes.
Oh and oyster shooters from Archers Ale house.
& a plain old fashioned cake donut.

Corned Beef Hash looks like pretty good food from a low-carb perspective. The processed meat aspect - may be a bit of a negative.

Last night I shared a dessert with my mom. Molten chocolate lava cake with homemade vanilla ice cream and a soft coconut macaroon with chocolate sauce. It was heaven. I want another one.

Chocolate ice cream. I’ve been craving it for days.

I’m allergic to chocolate (though not deathly) and lactose intolerant. Sometimes though, it’s worth the pain.

The really-bad-for-you chocolte molten lava cake sunddae at Sonic.

Brought the kids to the beach yesterday and got them a fried dough. It smelled awfully good.

Darn it. Had bean salad instead.

4 sounded better.

Onion rings. Lately I ALWAYS feel like eating onion rings.

Sweettarts Jelly Beans. Lots and lots of them.

the leftover almond cake sitting on the counter. I want to eat ALL of it.

An old fashioned steak house dinner

Something deep-fried. Anything deep-fried.

Barbecue. Oh wait, I had it yesterday, and later half a piece of espresso cheese cake, both yummy!

Only eating healthy food today!

The other night, I had a big juicy rib-eye. I hadn’t had a steak for two years, but now it’s all I can think about.

I’ve been making a salad for the last few weeks that I’ll overdose on soon. Organic spring mix, cherry tomatoes, craisens, crumbled goat cheese, matchstick carrots, a few croutons, and a sinful white balsamic dressing. Yummy!! Also, I made S2s favorite last night since he’s home for spring break, bean soup. The leftovers are calling me from the fridge…like now. Homemade soups are always better the next day IMO.

A hamburger with a side of fries and onion rings washed down with some lemonade.

Blue iguana, try almonds instead of croutons & pears instead of crasins.

I love bean soup. What kind?

And if you toast the almonds a little bit in a pan with a smidge of butter…mmmm…I love toasted nuts and dried fruit in my salads…

emk4-
I’m not a fan of pears, the craisens really do it for me, but I’m going to try the almonds. Thanks! The soup is navy bean. It got veggies, tomato puree & cream. From prepping the beans to done it’s about 5hrs, but well worth it.
