I feel like eating . . .

Right now I would really enjoy some Chicken Tikka Masala with saffron rice and a big hunk of poori or naan. And of course a Taj or Kingfisher.

Going to Chinatown for some dim sum. D2 is bringing some friends along, so we’ll be able to order more dishes.

Am thinking of having some grape jam on toast…for dessert after dinner. :)

We made pumpkin scones from the recipe on the King Arthur Flour website last night. They have cinnamon chips and crystallized ginger in them. Delicious! I am taking them to work so I don’t eat them all.

I have a feeling I’ll have the Mexican food cravings until the next time I go home to Southern California.

Today I’d also like a tuna melt with good American cheese. And good Solid White tuna. (on the grad student budget I only buy chunk light, unfortunately.)

I’d also love some of mom’s tuna noodle casserole.

And some pupusas. Mmmmmmm.

Sending you memories of the Chili Rellenos I had in Ventura over the weekend HGFM! Hope you get some real Mexican food soon.

ohhhh, takeitallin, I am droooooling. Chile Rellenos are one of my favorite foods!!

Hot pastrami piled on serious rye bread with horseradish mustard, accompanied by a bowl of garlic and half sour pickles with hand cut fries and onion rings. Wash it down with cream soda.

For my next meal, clams casino white pizza from either Sally, Pepe’s or Modern in New Haven.

Hot dogs and hamburgers tonight from backyard charcoal grill this evening. Then cold slices of watermelon…I’m going to spit the seeds right out onto the yard.
