If you can’t tolerate such people, may I ask what is to you an acceptable action? Is killing these people right?

Also, since you believe that science leads to atheism, which is the “worst sin possible,” why not reject science? How do you manage to take full advantage of the fruits of scientific study while condemning science?

They certainly do. By the way, do you think the punishment given for the two men in mentioned here is acceptable or even to be encouraged?

Also, you posted an argument in favor for religion in an open forum. You should expect debate from the atheist or agnostic point of view. Were you just looking for pats on the back from other religious fundamentalists?

No. I try to avoid dicusissions of religion or evolution if I know a person is atheist.

I dont disapprove science. I dont appreciate the way people are using theories to question existence of God. Scientific theories arent bad, but they create many atheists. No way can religion be replaced by science.

Well, killing them is a bit extreme. I’d rather encourage permanent exile. Same for the case of atheists.

What is atheist point of view? Theory of Evolution and rejection of the Bible? Thats all I guess.

Not at all. First, evolution has really very little to do with religion or atheism. It’s science - independent of these things. I believe that ToE explains biodiversity in the world today, but it has no impact on my faith (or lack theoreof.) It also has no impact on millions of Christians (and Muslims, and Jews, etc…) who also agree with it.

I also don’t fully reject the Bible. I think there are valuable lessons in the Bible. True, I don’t believe in the God that is mentioned in it.

What I like about being atheist is the optimistic view of life. I view the world as a wonderful place full of interesting people. I get to think and ask questions and explore without having to fear damnation at any point. Isn’t it a little bleak to devote your entire life to a being you can’t possibly ever understand, whose teaching you can’t ever confirm and have no clear interpretation? Isn’t it at all scary that despite your best efforts during your life, your God can condemn you to hell any time he wishes?

One more question

Do you believe that the US goverment should become a theocracy based solely on the ideas of your own particular religion?

I think muslim is the only anti-atheist religion. Christians don’t hate people because they are atheist, jews don’t, it just seems to be muslims…
Business_Freak, what would you say that if I wanted to deport all muslims within the United States because I don’t believe in muslim?

To your Earth question: No, I believe the sun revolves around the Earth.

For the “deportment” question:
That will never happen cause Muslims are benefitting America. Atheist are just a bunch of trouble, including in the US.

Atheists are a bunch of trouble?
I am sorry Business_Freak, but you have put muslims and Islam to a whole new low for them. Now I know why my family is not very happy with them.

And I know why there is hatred in the Middle East. Your point?

Look, I do not intend to bash atheists, I just dont want discuss anything question God’s existence, cause I find it really sad that people actually do question.

I am sorry for being way out of hand. No way am I representative of all Muslims.

I only read the first page of this thread, mostly because I have a headache, but simply because I don’t have an explanation does not prove that it was god who did it.

No, I don’t know how all the proteins and matter ever came around, but simply the fact that it exists not does NOT prove that it was god who did it, maybe theres another explanation that we simply cannot comprehend at this point. I don’t know whether or not there is a god, or any sort of higher being for that matter. It’s certainly possible, but it is by no means a certainty.

Beyond that, even if you accept those theories that it must have been a higher being to start it all into motion, what’s to prove that it was the christian god? or muslim, jewish, any of those gods. Whose to say that the greek’s wernt right after all and Zeus isn’t watching down? Theres no proof of anything one way or another, agnosticism is the only belief that makes any sense to me at all.

Hmm…
This is what you have said about them:
-That will never happen cause Muslims are benefitting America. Atheist are just a bunch of trouble, including in the US.
-Atheism and Homosexuality are signs, feel free to accept them

You are not bashing atheists? You even said they should be exiled. Also you said you are anti-atheist

As a Muslim, you believe that Yahweh = Allah and so on? You realize that there are plenty of Muslims out there that are ready to condemn you to hell for that.

There’s no proof of Quetzocoatl existing either - doesn’t change the fact you don’t believe in him. Same is true of any god. Burden of proof is on the theist. Nonexistence is the basic-most level.

Do you know what proprtion of these Muslims are literate? And honestly, I dont give a crap about what other Muslims think. I would like to run my life and beliefs strictly by the Koran.

btw, Alot of Muslims hate Jews, doesnt mean I do too. I dont let views of other Muslims influence me, especially if they are not mentioned in the Koran.

ok fine, they’re all the same god, then your theory of motion “proves” that a god exists, but what proves that it’s the god in question, and not zeus, or the Mayan, inca, hindu, or my own personal monkey god who lives in my closet?

prove to me that one exact god exists, and I’ll believe in him. Let me see someone rise from the dead, or walk on water, or turn water to wine and then I’ll believe in him. There may very well be a god, and it may be your god, or it may be Zeus, but I see no proof of any of it.
