Transfer from Out-Of-State and I was fortunate enough to get…
$4500 Subsidized Stafford Loan
$27000 ParentPlus Loan

Contact the financial aid office and discuss to them your financial burden. Did you send in the general scholarship application? There are still several scholarships availible to reduce that amount. I would really suggest contacting financial aid though.

It’s all good, I wasn’t even considering ASU. I think the only reason I applied was because I knew I could get in and I knew I could put the application fee on the credit card my parents pay for.

What is the point of this? You didn’t include any information that would lead me to believe that you should get financial aid. If you have a 3.0 GPA and a 1050 SAT, you should be happy just to get in, regardless of financial aid. Now, if you had a 3.9 at your college while taking difficult courses, and a very high SAT score, I would be slightly more surprised that you didn’t get a scholarship.
