I have questions about admission process to UVA architecture school

I did a research about UVA admission process to the architecture program and I am not entirely sure about the process.
Is the application to get admitted to the university combined with architecture program requirements or it is separated?
Also, is it possible to get rejected by the architecture program based on profile requirements after being accepted to study in University of Virginia?
I would like to be clarified about the process of architecture program in UVA.

When you apply to UVA, you pick from the 4 schools and 1 program that take first year students. The only difference in the application is the first short-answer essay on the UVA part of the application.

If you are admitted to UVA, you are in the school/program you picked on your application. We wouldn’t admit someone to UVA, but force them to to into a school/program they didn’t select.

There are no “program requirements” for admission into the A school as a first-year student.

When I attended the A School many years ago, there were no special requirements to be accepted to as an Architecture major. However, if you didn’t have the skills to be a good architect, they would later let it be known that it was in your best interests to transfer to the College. At that time, I believe many students did transfer from an Architecture major to the College or into another program at the A School after the first year or two.
