I never thought I would do this...

I preferred the Andover one.

Exeter’s was too chaotic and disorganized.

The traditions is what makes boarding school THE BOMBBBB.

What happened in the past is the main reason that you like the school? That’s a bit messed up. IMHO

No, I didn’t say that was the main reason…

I just think it’s cool that they have hundreds of years of history. It’s very interesting.

The main reason I like these schools are because of their academics and EC’s.

Okay, fair enough. I think that it’s a good thing to have a long, illustrious history as well, but placing to much emphasis on it is not the way to go.

…makes boarding school THE BOMBBBB???

THE BOMBBBB??? Honestly, two words Jonathan:
Never again.
(ever):)

“Never again…”

OMGGGG…

that is SO overused.

Get a new phrase. Seriously.

I was obviously being sarcastic when I said the bomb, that’s from like 1995.

It’s hard to tell with you Johnathan…

Eh, just finished my 9 page applications for the formation of the Math Team. I still need to get a sponsor and interested students.I hope all goes well.

Now, for science and poetry. :D

Is it even possible to have a poetry team? It seems like that would defeat the purpose of the whole endeavor.

A poetry club. My math teacher seems interested. Too bad the students aren’t. I’ve got a ‘team’ of four people so far. XD

I like the idea of a poetry team, though. Eight students fighting head to head, trying to compose the best elegy…or maybe not.

Hmm… which would be more productive overall, a poetry club or a science club? I’m already in FBLA, National Art Honors Society, will form the Math Club (Or “Algebra II Team”), and will most likely be a participant in National Honors Society, while juggling self-studying and SAT and AMC prep. with boarding school essays and homework and two Enligsh papers… =_=

Also, what is a catchy title for the science club? Adenosine TriPhospate? :stuck_out_tongue: I really need some help in this area.

I don’t know, it depends on which side of you you want to highlight. You already have many accomplishments in Math and Science, so it might be good to do more Arts stuff, but Exeter is very M and S, so I have no idea.

Oh, We have a poetry/literacy club at my school…
it sux but i’m in it…

What kind of stuff do you do?

In the spring we have battle of the books( read like ten or twenty books vote on your favourite)…
Write poems for special occasions like rememberance day(think it’s memorial in US), and enter poetry contests
write reviews for books
Get free food(main reason I go, that and I write some extremley good depressing poems…)

hmmm…interesting. Actually, it sounds okay.

I would like to hear a poem of yours, french, if it is not too much a hassle. :)

i’ll PM it to you, tommorow if I remember… I’m at my friends house…
don’t have any on hand…
remind me if I forget…
