I picked a school...now what?!

I have decided to apply ED to CAS this fall but am having some difficulty selecting a major (I know I don’t have to decide now, but I need an essay topic or a plan of what I hope to do!). Based on my information, could you please give me some advice/chance me as well.

Majors in mind (I am worried if my extra curriculars support them):
Social Sciences (but more specifically)
History
Government
Psychology (I wish my school had AP Psychology so I could have determined if it truly interests me or not)
Open for suggestions and guidance!
