IBT and confusion are same??

<p>I gave my ibt on 15th sep (India) and havent recieved scores as yet .Is it normal .Besides i read on their website ( toefl.org )that after the test a range of probable scores is displayed.In my case no such range was shown…
Is domething wrong ? Am i supposed to personally call or place an order for scores or something.</p>

It hasn’t been 15 business days (3 weeks) since you took the test.</p>
