If a UVA student needs dental work?

My daughter is a student at the Law School, spending the winter break in DC. She just mentioned that she thinks she needs a filling, and will try to get in to see her old dentist in the DC area sometime during the coming week. If she can’t get an appointment, could a parent or student fill me in on what dentists she might contact in Charlottesville? I looked at the UVA website but didn’t see that dental services are performed at the Health Center.

Fwiw, she doesn’t have the UVA dental insurance add-on and so will be paying cash for any services. I’d certainly appreciate suggestions, or PMs if someone would like to recommend a specific dentist to her. Many thanks!

frazzled, the Department of Dentistry provides services. I would suggest checking there first.

Thank you, sabaray - I’ve sent her the link.
