good chance, definitely will be competitive, if you’re an under-represented minority then I’d say in for sure.

yea i’m not urm

You seem to be above all their averages when looking at the numbers, so I wouldn’t fret. Write good essays and hope for the best.

The fact that you are a Jeff nominee is a big deal. You should be in.

Hmmm…be careful about your expectations. This can be tricky. The Jeff Scholarship Organization people are not UVA, they are separate. I know of people who were Jeff. Scholar nominees who were not accepted to UVA.
Most OOS students are in the rank of the top 3-10% of their class. You are OOS, you have nice SAT’s, but your rank is in the top 25% as an OOS student. Dunno what that means for sure in your case, but it’s one of those red flags that goes up.
My advice, FWIW: keep your feet on the ground. Have your reaches and safeties in terms of colleges/universities that you’d like to pursue. Congrats on your Jeff. Scholar Nomination.
You’ve probably got a strong shot at UVA. Just curious though, where else are you looking?
Good luck to you.
