If I self study for AP Calc exam and get a 3, can I skip the class?

<p>The class in high school or the class in college? Most selective colleges won’t accept a 3 for credit. Passing the AP test won’t count as an extra year of math (for example, if you take 3 years of math classes and self study for the AP Calculus exam it still counts as 3 years and not 4 years of math).</p>
