If on NACAC list = more likely to accept lower stats?

There are a couple of schools on the new NACAC list whose average stats are a little higher than mine. If a school is still looking to fill its freshman class, are they more likely to accept students with lesser stats? I assume this also means they are extending their application deadline.

Go for it. Half the people get in with below average stats. :)

Note however that they may not come up with much financial aid for a late applicant with less than average stats. Some of the schools on that list report that they are completely out of funds for institutionally-provided aid.
