IIT or abroad?

I am currently studying comp sc. (in 1st year/Freshman year) in one of the new IITs and I don’t know which would be a better option - to stay here and complete my undergraduate course or to try to get a transfer to a foreign university. I have not collected the information about the different universities nor have started preparation for SATs or AP. I want to know all of your views on this topic. I personally think that the IITs are academically less challenging that our potential and the education we get here is not of the same level as in the US, at least in my college.

Is the IIT degree really valued in today’s world?

Has it become too late to think of getting a transfer to a good foreign university? or is there still time? Please reply with your suggestions.

Thank you all.

IIT is of no use if are not in top3 IITs . So its just not right that u are studying in whichever institute just for name. So in my opinion if u ar not in the top IITs u should definately look towards US

Finish your undergrad in IIT and apply for grad school in USA.

By the way in which iit ar u in???

Lets say any IIT >(US UNIVERSITY OF RANKING>15).

Value Education not name.If u cant find right learning, transfer or else stay whereever you are…My opnion:Many IITs fail to create academic interest in students…this is completely my view from my experiences and this may be wrong

take a transfer if you just cant bear your college.atmosphere.studies,profs etc etc.
otherwise go for grad school education when you complete btech.thstl save some of your parents money as well
