Nope. FERPA trumps HIPAA in this case.

My school does the same, except the transcript is one page and the immunization history is another page.
Top schools, especially HYPSM, like to see that you have all the recommended immunizations so make sure you get them before sending out applications.
Mine does the same; just a small box with the immunizations and dates, however.
