I’m looking to apply to University of Georgia next year (graduating class of 2018), and I wondering what are some important things I should have to make myself competitive/to get in? It’s obvious to take AP and Honors classes, as well as having activities, a near perfect GPA, and excellent test scores, but for current students what range of those things did you have/are important? What range of test scores make me eligible? Also I don’t have a 4.0, but as of right now I have a 3.85 (unweighted), and I’m working on bringing it up, so is my GPA going to kill me? Also I haven’t taken the ACT yet, but I’m not the best test taker (I freak out and forget everything sometimes) so I know I won’t do absolutely awful, but it’s very unlikely for me to be in the 32-36 range and probably even hitting the 30 mark. So basically just how hard is it to get in?
I’m technically a sophomore, but I’m graduating early so I’m kind of a Junior
As for jobs of interest I’m not for sure on anything, but I’m interested in math and science fields, I’m looking into Psychology, Public Health, and other things that are in the same range of interests.
