Improve my rank more or work on amazing EC's?

<p>I’m trying to improve my rank. I’ll definitely be in the top 6%, but I think that I can make it to the top 3%. Is this difference worth taking 1 more AP?</p>

<p>I’m planning on taking: AP Lang, APUSH, AP Psych, AP Art History, AP Chem + H Precalc + H Spanish 4 (Actually, I’d probably have to take H Precalc online since there are only 7 periods)</p>

<p>Even with straight A’s next year, my highest possible GPA will be around a 3.7 UW. Taking 4 AP’s, I’d have a 4.44 W. Taking 5 AP’s, I’d have a 4.51 W GPA. (Valedictorian has a 4.8 W GPA)</p>

<p>Soo…Is improving my rank worth possibly not having as great EC’s & taking an online course?</p>

<p>Though if you have to choose, pick ECs. You rank is pretty good as it.</p>

<p>work on your EC’s it’s what separates you from all other candidates… </p>

<p>i don’t think it will matter if your in the top 3% vs being in the top 5%</p>
