<p>You all have been so helpful with my doubts and fears in the past, I thought I would come share some exciting news.</p>
<p>At 1PM PST today, I am going to be interviewed for a chance to be a CSA (what most schools refer to as RAs) next year!</p>
<p>I want the job VERY much, because I think it would be tons of fun and the school pays for your housing.</p>
<p>If you pray, say a prayer for me, please. If not, just send some good thoughts =) I am VERY nervous about this!</p>

<p>I made a GIANT poster, because we have to talk about ourselves for a whole 5 minutes (though one of my roommates who went through all this last year says they don’t time us so we don’t have to use the whole time). We’ll see how that goes…</p>

<p>Best wishes -A thought, when you talk about yourself, use it to show how you relate to others. Do you enjoy helping others? solving problems? mediating? teamwork, anything that would show an aptitude for RA. But don’t try to fake it. That would be obvious.</p>

<p>The interview went VERY well! Now the hard part: I do not find out whether I got the job or not until April 1st! I will keep you all posted.</p>
<p>Good job! The waiting is the hardest part. HGFM, if they do not hire you, it will be their big loss!</p>
<p>My daughter tried and got turned down…but I think it happened for other reasons that also benefitted her…we saw the $ savings …it all was good in the end, though she was so upset at the time.</p>

<p>the next step is Group Process which is on March 6th.</p>
<p>I switched Group Process from the 6th to the 10th (tonight). It’s an interview-type situation, but they use it to observe how you work in a group. It will be from 5 to 9 PM (pacific time) tonight. :)</p>
