I don’t recall the thread. And I’m unsure why it matters. I view threads via unread or new or latest.
We are running different ad units in the PF and wanted to understand where you saw this. Anyway, the ads team told me they blocked expandable ads on the site. Please report if the issue persists.
And I guess with the cost of college these days we need to shop at the dollar store and buy highly caffeinated drinks to stay awake with our kids to study/complete applications

Honestly, the lunchable ads are obnoxious to the nth degree. Many times there is no X. When there is an X, closing only defers it from popping up again until you go to the next screen
And I’m focusing solely on the intrusive marketing of the brand. I’m not even complaining about the fact that it’s a ■■■■ product.

The majority of the ads that I am seeing on CC have no “x” button.
The majority of ads on CC without an X button don’t take up the bottom of the screen and intrude on the UI. The Lunchable ad blocks the reply button and other user options

So odd, I have those giant ads the top of my screen blocking the upper function tools.
Which ads are those, @momofboiler1? There shouldn’t be any ads blocking functionality.

It was a sports ad with Tom Brady’s picture. No idea what it was for but it was blocking the whole top of my screen yesterday with no way to close it out. It’s not happening currently but I’ll screen shot if it happens again.
