<p>Its not made by many protein names. Its just one protein. The repeated names are those of the amino acids. </p>

<p>Oh, and if that is considered a word, then i think the longest would be the human DNA sequence. 3 billion base pairs. Each bases full name is over 6 characters long.</p>
