We did make a major change along the way so maybe it pushed us into RD??? Anyone else still waiting?

weird thing is my major is now changed to econ (orig second choice) from business exploratory listed in the portal.
Keep us posted if you hear. Will do same.

my second choice major is now listed as my first choice major in the portal. This makes no sense.

Do you have a University ID now in your portal? My major has been changed to my second choice major.
DD (oos) received the following and I’m just trying to understand if this means a ‘maybe but not yet’ from Kelley or a ‘no thanks!’….

a we just don’t know yet. It could mean that kelley never got to my application or it could mean rejection. But also we can’t conclude that it is a rejection yet because it says they will give your decision. I assume that they weren’t able to look at all of them because they got so many applicants. So maybe they looked at some and accepted a few, waitlisted a few, and pre business for the ones they didn’t have time for or are rejected and we will receive decisions soon.

My son also received the same message. He followed the portal link and that’s where it asked if he wanted to go on the waitlist. What’s difficult to ascertain is what are the odds from here. Last year, there seemed to be a large number who were ultimately admitted DA after being deferred. Disappointing but that’s how it goes during these crazy times when everyone can apply everywhere with such ease. Good luck to all!!
Still waiting for DS. No change on the portal, major choices are the same, he’s had the University ID there for a few weeks at least, still says Awaiting Decision. Has anyone been rejected or deferred or anything other than accepted at this point? Or just not sharing here? Not talking about for Kelley but just overall to IU. Curious.
