In past, putting deposit for regular housing early provided no advantage. Not sure about JLLC.

This was the Dean’s Scholarship, which, according to the website, is specifically for first year, out of state students. It says the amount varies. When did you get your physical mail? Hutton scholarships go with the physical mail.
I got physical mail today, but no Hutton. Do most Hutton admits get the Hutton scholarship?
Even my daughter didn’t got Hutton scholarship.

Are merit scholarships showing up in the financial aid section on portal, or just physical mail?
Anyone know how selective the HHC scholarship is? Also if you don’t auto get it, how hard is it to apply for through the GSA?
OOS S24 received physical mail indicating DA to Kelley. No $. I thought all DAs had stats high enough for auto merit … maybe that was just the old days? Or will he get something if he does GSA?

Our son’s merit was in the acceptance letter today. Unsure if it was in the portal. I’ve seen Dean’s amounts 6k and 8k but that is a small sample size.

I got 2k/year so 8k. IU is still in the running. I did get SSA invite after submitting GSA. Does completing SSA give good scholarships?

What I am able to understand till now - Deans/Huttons Scholarship varies and it comes along physical mail. Dollar amount varies and it depends purely upon GPA/WGPA + SAT/ACT scores(IU donot use any EC’s/essay in admissions/these two scholarships). It also depends which major/school you are applying to. Once you fill GSA(EC’s details & essay), second assessment will be done and more scholarship/invite to SSA will follow.
