Do you know when is the deadline for Scholarship? My son did a summer course and that was sent as a GPA from a different school and did not qualify for DA. He submitted a review today but we are not sure if he will get it on time for the DA day and any scholarships if applicable. GPA 4.18 W, 1530 SAT.

I just can’t believe it. He has the stats to get in and has shown way more interest than other kids admitted from his school. Those kids applied to it as a safety whereas my son is genuinely interested. If they were to track demonstrated interest, they would see this. Praying I’m wrong but I have a bad feeling.
Maybe its a geography thing? We are from northern new england. But I too just have a bad feeling.
Honestly I would not worry about it. I have never heard of anyone getting denied from IU with the grades you are talking about. Getting into a specific program is a different story.

100% agree. He’s getting into IU. If I had to bet I’d say he will get in to Kelley direct … but he may have to wait until April to hear that. Which stinks, but at the end of that day if it’s his dream school, keep the faith.

My son hadn’t checked the portal in a few days so not sure when it happened but tonight it says admitted. We’re OOS. Sports Marketing and Management. I feel like folks on here are only talking about the business school so sorry if I stumbled into the wrong thread. Good luck to all.

Congrats! I have been on this page for months and have to check sometimes to make sure it’s for IU Early Acceptance generally. Kelley, Kelley, Kelley! I get it though. It’s a tough Business School admit, and people are stressed about it. Just a few more days for everyone.
We just received an email from IU encouraging us to fill out the FAFSA, but my son just checked his portal and it shows his application is still pending. Anyone else getting this FAFSA message without being admitted?
