My student was accepted as a Sports Marketing major within School of Public Health. Does that college have their own Preview/Red Carpet event?
Same with my sonâs. Submitted late September and wasnât updated until 12/7 (after a few calls from my son over the months). No idea why it took so long. My kids have applied to about 20 Big10, SEC, ACC and other large schools over the years (although this is my first kid applying to IU) and everything is normally updated within a couple of days.
Did your student hear today or earlier? My son has applied to the same program and has not heard yet (at least as of this morning).
The same thing happened with my kid too. Delays in portal update of material received and when updated, it did not indicate actual receipt date but rather the date they uploaded into their portal which was off by many weeks and one IU portal being out of sync with IU bloomington portal. This mess along with one batch of results being sent out in Dec and nothing since then for many still waiting now close to the deadline date now, has caused more stress to all students/parents. When you consider this is a historic very high acceptance rate school, it makes it even worse for those waiting.

Any international students who have got their admission decision?
They keep on saying it will be anything soon since December, but no news for us. Applied September end.
I lost my hope that we will hear on time:) I called temple university which was supposed to come out by today but they said due to high number of applications they canât promise if it will be today so I wouldnât be surprised if IU says the same thing on 15th!

What time of day does IU typically release decisions? Iâm going to assume we will have to wait until next Wednesday. Ugh.

Still waiting⊠OOS, 4.0 UW/4.76 W, 1480 SAT, AP Scholar with Distinction, multiple ECs. Older sib is a Kelley junior; I feel like we knew earlier last time, but honestly canât remember, and every admissions cycle is different! Fingers crossed we hear something positive soonâŠgood luck all!

@jefrobertson My son received an email inviting him to apply to the Kelley ACE Program. There is an application due late February and then a group interview during Kelley Direct Admit Day on March 7-8. Did anyone else receive the email and does anyone know what the interview process is like and what percent of invited students are accepted?
The Director of the SPH responded, and said the dates were just released (yesterday). There are a number of dates on the website. Looks to be a uniform experience in the morning and then in the afternoon you pick the specific college/major.

Do we have to do that right now or after we get admitted? I have just completed the complete your application subparts
I thought thatâs after one is admitted.
Do you see âConfirm Your Intent to Enroll at Indiana University Bloomingtonâ under âFinalize Admissionâ section? I do see that option, however it also states :
If you are admitted, you will receive an email from our office. You will then have access to more items in the Finalize Admission and Request Your Admission Materials sections.
So this is confusing.
I only see computer access under âfinalize admissionâ

No I have not yet filled that since it states that is after one is admitted.
