My son also has an audition at Jacobs, but still waiting for admissions.
Anyone who received Kelley direct admit today able to reserve spot at direct admit day? I’m guessing it takes some time update to allow registration.
Maybe someone, I cannot remember who, posted decisions would be today and Kelley DA will be first. Kelley has its own admissions teams, others do not. Patience.
The rest will come today, tomorrow as AOs get thru their batches. Non Kelley DA are in the general University batch, they won’t have petitions announced now. Trust the process.
Public health tends to be on the later end, but you never know. I have no idea how Jacobs work other than those are the most talented students at IU without the fanfare of Kelley.
Deferrals and denials are planned for Wednesday. But so are more admissions. Don’t stress - 2.5 days.
Merit is not in the portal at admissions. Will be in an email. Will probably be disappointing.
Space at DA days won’t be a concern these next few days - hotels will.
Go Hoosiers, exciting times.

Any idea of when college of arts and sciences will come out? Is it only Kelley today? I’m so nervous the longer we wait that it is deferral or denial.

If Kelly admits go first, does that mean there won’t be any more Kelly admits tomorrow or on Wednesday?
Since Kelley has their own AO’s, why aren’t there more emails going out for other majors/schools-Arts and Sciences?
If you are Kelley Auto-DA you are DA today, tomorrow or the next day and WILL be admitted. While theoretic - it is not really possible to be auto-DA Kelley but have the IUB deny you.
If you are not auto DA - you are IUB general admission and not Kelley. You are petitioning to Kelley which is not happening today or by Weds. So nothing about Kelley matters.
Every other college at IUB will come out as the AOs get through them - there is no order other than as far as I know, the Public Health direct admits are just slower to the AOs. I don’t know why. If you haven’t heard by Tuesday night it does not mean you will be denied or deferred - it just means that usually IUB wait until the end to send those.
Kelley has its own AOs meaning they are faster at getting the Kelley direct Admit into the IUB AO and those are almost all high stat easy admits for IUB. So its faster. It just is. Why A&S isn’t also fast, I cannot tell you. There is no why or why not - just is.

S25 just got his admission in the portal for Math in Arts and Sciences. No email. Just checked the portal, and it was there.
