How many of you go to an indoor school? You know, the ones that they always show in the movies? With the lockers, gym, cafeteria, and everything inside one building?

If so, what’s it like?

If so, what’s it like?

nope. our lockers and eating area area outside. then again, i live in cali, sooo.

Outdoor.

My school consists of:

outdoor. the buildings are like 60 years old.lol. Even though my school doesn’t get a lot of funding from the district, we have the highest API score in our district and top 4 in county.

I live in California too and my old school was an indoor school. I don’t know why though, it’s not like we ever had weather problems.

It’s indoor. I’ve never been to an outdoor school =O

Indoor. I’d like to have lunch outside though… Fresh air, etc. :D

Our lockers are inside the hallways but we eat outside (no cafeteria)

Well most people eat outside. 7th and 8th graders have some classes in “the colonies” which are trailers outside. And it would take way too long to get anywhere if one always stayed inside. But we are mostly an inside school.
My friend goes to an outdoor school. But she lives in California. Here, no one would want to be at an outdoor school in the winter, it would be ridiculous.

Dining al fresco year round in California, no cafeterias.

California - attended outdoor schools since kindergarten. But in preschool, indoor.

I’ve been to both in my elementary years. My middle school and high school were/are indoor.

Outdoor. I think its cause I live in Hawaii. haha

Ahh, I have always wanted to go to an outdoor school! I go to an indoor school…

I go to an outside school. We have the option to eat in the cafeteria or outside and we have to go outside to get to our classes. It gets annoying when it’s cold or hot and you have to go through that to get to class.

I live in the New England area, so outside school is not really an option at all. Basically, it’s like going to school in a mall. The halways are filled with lockers and all the classrooms are off of those hallways. The cafeteria is like a food court only on a way smaller scale.

That actually sounds nice:)
My old school had a multitude of indoor buildings, but you had to walk to them outside. I still consider it to be an indoor school though because the classes, lockers, and cafeteria were all inside. Maybe it’s a combination of both though. We could eat outside, or inside in the cafeteria(it was usually full though).

Since it snows 9 months a year here… Indoor

i would find it weird being in an outdoor school… being in a place where it snows and gets nasty, its a good thing we’re indoors

I wish I went to an indoor school. It sounds so nice to have hallways and a cozy cafeteria where students can sit together and eat. Going to an outdoor school sometimes makes you miserable because at lunch you’re sitting/standing on the cement regardless of the weather conditions. Bitter cold, rain and gusting winds? Too bad! Suffer!
