<p>Okay, first of all, I have only attended in a school where English is the language of instruction but I am still an International student. So do I need to print the International Supplement Forms from the college sites and give them to my high school counselor for him to mail them with other forms like secondary report, mid-year report, transcript, etc.?</p>
