International Student Supplement on Common App

The International Supplement says:

"This form should only be completed by secondary schools using non-US educational systems. International schools using an AP curriculum exclusively need not complete this form."

Should I submit one (I'm an international homeschooled student) if I've done any exams other than SATs/APs? (I have 3 A-levels?)

And what does it mean by "Senior secondary leaving examinations...actual result" - would those be the exams I've taken so far, or the exams I intend to take at the end of senior year? Should this supplement be sent with the Mid-Year and Final reports as well as the Secondary School Report?

Thanks :).

If you are a homeschooled student, there is a homeschool supplement of something like that that you should definitely submit. I'm not sure if you are also supposed to submit the international supplement. I'd recommend you to ask Common Application or the colleges directly.

Senior secondary leaving examinations are those you take at the end of high school, like French Baccalaureate for example. It's not applicable to all school systems, and in your homeschool case I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

I'm an international student currently aiming to study in the US in 2011. At first, I wanted to do all my applications through the Common App online, however the International Supplement is on paper.

Does anyone know if it is available online? I've checked, but in case I missed something.

If not, should I submit my general app and college supplements online and then post the International Supplement separately via snail mail?

Or do you recommend not to confuse the two? As in, either apply fully online or fully on paper?

The site itself advises not to mix and match, however it would simplify my life to do the majority of it online.

And do you recommend a date to start applying via snail mail - when is it too late?

Anyone else going through it? Please help!
