Is it better than i just apply for lower division instead of higher division

UC’s only take Junior level transfers (60 semester/90 quarter units). I noticed you have several courses as Pass/Fail which will not satisfy the transfer requirements. You need letter grades in many of the required courses. I would check with your advisor at De Anza to make sure you are following the correct course requirements for a UC transfer.
