<p>I wanted to apply for Mater’s program in USA but universities in USA require so called “Financial form” that provee that i have enough monbey to pay for my education. However, I do not have such amount of money.</p>
<p>Can I apply for Master’s program without this form anyway and indicated I want to cover expenses for ediucation through Teaching or research assistantships provided by university?</p>
