International Transfer(Korean)

I am looking to transfer from a Korean university to a US school(UMich, UIUC, Georgia Tech etc.) majoring in Chemical Engineering. My stats are as follows:
College GPA: 4.1/4.5 or 3.66/4.0 converted
SAT: 1560
SAT subject tests: Math2-800, Chem-800, Bio-800
AP: BC calc-5 Chem-5, Bio-5
Extra curriculars: President of 2 clubs, Class representative for 2 years, research project with university grad students, mentor at high school alumni mentoring group, a tutoring job, various in school academic awards etc.
High school GPA: around 3.5 ish…? My school didn’t use a gpa system, and everyone was graded relatively to each other, so take that as you will. Also, my high school only accepted top 20% middle school students.

What do you think my chances are of getting into various schools with comparable competitiveness as the schools I listed above? As an international student, it’s been hard to get a grasp of what kind of chance I actually have.

Predictiong admissions for transfers is not easy. Predicting admissions for international students is not easy. So you can expect that it is even less easy to predict for international transfers.

All you can do is make a list of places you are interested in, and apply.

A word of caution. Prospective transfer students from foreign universities often struggle to meet the general education requirements for admission. For example, Georgia Tech says that they require 2 college courses in English composition for all transfer applicants. English as a foreign language classes do not count. In their FAQs, they re-iterate that this requirement also applies to international applicants and that most foreign applicants complete this requirement at another US university.

Please make sure to double-check the transfer admission requirements for all universities you may be interested in.
