<p>@arbitraryname your test scores are great. How did you take SAT? If i am right, I heard SAT is unavailable in China. I think there are lots of outstanding chinese students, so it is difficult to get into MIT for Chinese, isn’t it?</p>

<p>i’m from southeast europe. Not much chance. My school was founded in 2005 so, too much teacher shifting and that stuff. Still not looking like a real high school. Got 670 and 730 sat II and 100 toefl.</p>

Yeah, the SAT is unavailable in most of mainland China, but because I attend an international school that is actually an SAT test center, I was able to take it easily. Those who aren’t as fortunate, or who want to take it during January for example (my school doesn’t offer it in January) do have to fly to Hong Kong or elsewhere to take them.</p>
