<p>I live in the small town of Bridgeport, West Virginia. I need to get volunteer hours for National Honor Society, but my options seem very limited. Almost everyone volunteers either at the local hospital or soup kitchen. Honestly, though, I’m not very interested in helping at either one of these places. I would like to find other opportunities nearby, if they exist. I’m open to anything; any suggestions would be awesome!</p>
<p>Also, I’d like to find an internship. I’ve already interned at a local television news station. I took that internship because I thought that I wanted to pursue a journalism degree; it turns out that that internship was incredibly helpful because now I have completely changed my mind. I’m now thinking about sociology/anthropology. I’d like to find something related to that field. If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to post. Thanks!</p>
