Last night, my iphone 6 dropped out of the pocket on to wooden floor 2 feet below. No visible damages at all.
However, the email seems not function properly. If I open the email and touch the one I want to see, it will not show me right away, I have to close the email app and re-open it to see the email. Also roll the email titles has the same problem, whether roll up or down, it will stop after a few, I need to do closing and opening again to see the previous or new ones.
Other than that, ALL other apps are working fine. Is it time to clear the iphone and reload?
Have you tried powering it down completely and then restarting? I have found that this step has reset the phone and have not needed to take it in for service.
You might try closing all your applications, and holding diwn the power button and the home button until it restarts.
Might also want to get a protective case.
I didn’t drop mine, but since updating some of my apps ( Facebook, my bank’s app, Skype ) I can no longer use them. I have restarted the phone . I am reluctant to do the next upgrade iOS.8.1.3 because I don’t want to lose more…going to the Apple Store is akin to getting a root canal to me so I have been procrastinating
