Is ASU strict about admission requirements?

Like if I have a point under for ACT and am out of state are they going to reject us? Or if we don’t meet the GPA requirement? are they strict about it??

im pretty sure you only have to meet one of the requirements to be accepted. they’d probably still accept you because they want students who will be paying out of state tuition

I’m just curious, but why do you wantto go to asu? I live in az and I want to go out of state

thanks!

why do you want to get out of state?
to leave right- same for me

Yes to get away from Arizona that’s why I am curious why you want to live in az. Plus asu has gotten many mixed reviews unless you are going to Barrett’s honors

If you want to go to ASU and have even mediocre grades, you will be accepted. If you are trying to get into Barrett, thats another story…

Patwita, it’s all in what you’re used to. Georgia’s a beautiful place but like anywhere, it has its shortcomings. We took our son out to visit Barrett last month and were dazzled by AZ. Everything was new and exotic, the weather was beautiful, the skies were brilliant blue, the people were chill and environmentally-conscious, and the scenery was unlike anything we’d ever seen. We climbed desert hills and buttes and loved the scene on Mill Ave. in Tempe. If our son doesn’t wind up at Barrett, GaMom and I still have plans to go back to AZ and hike the mountains and canyons.
