Is auditing a module possible at the IOE, University College London?

Hi all,

I’ve received an offer from the Institute of Education, University College London for pursuing an MA in Education (taught). The program curriculum specifies that I’ll be able to take only four modules for the duration of my studies, unlike the eight courses I would’ve taken in an equivalent US Masters program. I was wondering if any of you familiar with the Institute know if it’s possible to audit an additional module. I emailed admissions a couple of weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply, and can’t get through to the phone number provided by the UCL website. Any help will be appreciated!

I’ve never heard of auditing courses in the UK.

I’m just not sure if it’s possible for the IOE.
